I love creating things. I’ve always been driven by making something out of nothing. This spawned from hours of playing Legos with my brothers and making paintings with Grandma Drach. Senior Product OWNER

1.5 years ( 2020-2022 )

I lead a cross-functional team to optimize the checkout and payment processing products for our business users (salons, massage therapists, estheticians, etc…) and their clients. Strategized with stakeholders and executives on the best vision for my products and explored new markets and product opportunities. As a senior member of the product team, I was leaned on to make an immediate impact by delivering a new feature and instituting new practices and processes to help boost product acumen and agile methodologies. I was chosen along with 2 others to learn, teach and evangelize the Continuous Discovery Habits framework for the company.

 
 
 
 

NORM

From day 1 at Schedulicity, I was tasked with delivering a new payment solution. I led the charge in successfully launching NORM, a state-of-the-art, scalable contactless payment feature. Our small business users now have the ability to get paid for their services using cutting-edge technology that is COVID friendly. NORM helped boost our transaction volume and average tip amount for businesses.

 
 

Foot Locker


Senior Product Manager

I grew my Product acumen by creating and managing the Foot Locker global portfolio of mobile apps. As the lead Product Manager for the mobile team, I created the roadmap, epics and user stories that steered the ship for the mobile apps. The lines of communication were constantly flowing between stakeholders, engineering, design, marketing, QA and customer care, to deliver the most valuable product possible.

 
 

Ecommerce Mobile Apps

The Ecommerce apps are equipped with everything including; account creation, loyalty, search, push notifications, product display pages, cart and checkout. When I started in 2016 there were 6 hybrid apps, over my tenure, I helped grow that to 14 native iOS and Android apps.

Launch Reservation

Launches (high demand sneaker releases) are very important for Foot Locker’s business. Another feature of the mobile apps was Launch Reservation that created a fair and frictionless system for users to purchase these launches in stores. I was the lone product manager dedicated to this system for Foot Locker, I gathered requirements, guided the UX / UI teams, created Jira tickets for the engineers, assisted with QA and coordinated stakeholder testing and training necessary to deploy the system in the US and Europe.

 

The Hunt

The Hunt lets sneakerheads use their iOS Foot Locker app to unlock geo-targeted AR clues throughout cities across the country that will lead them to coveted limited-edition kicks and products. I was a key member for the integration and operations of this feature. I helped coordinate the development, QA, AR vendor tasks and marketing efforts to make this experience come to life.

  • Initiated designs and estimates which drove face to face sales with clients.

  • Coordinated material orders, deliveries, equipment needs and crews to plan the installation of my landscape projects.

  • Oversaw multiple installation crews of 3-10 individuals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Created project measurement tool to track materials, hours and profit which increased crew efficiency and accountability.
